Update to Intro to Anatomy

Thanks to ~tenor for suggestions and =Llourn for making up for my complete lack of technical proficiency, we will be able to have lectures in audio/video format. At least for instructors who would like to teach that way. This means the full lesson will be available for download, so you can watch it at your convenience and save it for future viewing.

The Intro to Anatomy lesson will hopefully be uploaded tomorrow before the first scheduled class time. If not, please go easy on hating us. We're trying to get all of the kinks worked out of how we'll be doing this from now on, and things should be running more smoothly in the future.

Because of this, we will do things slightly differently. Rather than presenting the lecture in the chatroom, the previously schedule times are when I (or other instructors, during future classes) will be specifically available for questions, assignment help, etc.
